Effective and last updated: July 17, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Cardz: The Duel (the “Game”). By selecting Agree, creating an account, or using the Game, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your location. A parent or legal guardian must consent for a minor where required. You are responsible for your account credentials, activity, and accurate account information. Do not sell, transfer, share, or misuse an account.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for entertainment, subject to these Terms. The Game, artwork, software, characters, music, and other content remain owned by their respective rights holders. No ownership is transferred to you.
Do not cheat, automate play, exploit bugs, modify the client, interfere with servers, evade security, harass others, impersonate people, publish unlawful or harmful material, or access another player’s account. Report vulnerabilities and serious exploits privately. We may investigate conduct and preserve game integrity.
Virtual cards, currency, and items are licensed digital content, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed outside the Game unless the law requires otherwise. Availability, balance, and features may change for legitimate gameplay, security, or operational reasons. Purchases, refunds, and taxes are also subject to the rules of the store or payment provider and applicable law.
The Game may require a network connection. We may patch, update, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We will provide notice of material changes when reasonably practical.
You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, moderate, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Game. You must have the rights needed to submit it.
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements, using measures proportionate to the circumstances. You may stop using the Game at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Game.
If these Terms materially change, the Game will show the new effective date and request renewed acceptance where appropriate. Questions or legal notices may be sent through the in-game User Support feature.
